Taste the “Flavors of Cebu” at Waterfront Hotel’s UNO Restaurant

This month, Waterfront Hotel’s UNO Restaurant launched the latest offering of Modern Filipino Taste called “Flavors of Cebu“.

Featuring modern Filipino cuisines by acclaimed chefs Roland and Jackie Laudico along with culinary gourmet creations headed by celebrity chef Tristan Encarnacion, UNO Restaurant continues to give a unique gastronomic experience to locals and foreign alike who want nothing but the best of Cebu.

During the launching of UNO’s Flavors of Cebu, Chef Tristan ushered in with a short cooking demonstration highlighting a delectable twist to native appetizers and desserts redefining Cebuano cuisines.

Flavors of Cebu features innovative local dishes like seafood paella, bacon bagnet and sinuglaw. You can also find some of the noted Filipino dishes in the buffet table like paksiw, sushi noy (sushi pinoy version), lechon and a lot more.

Wok’s on Fire is another feature on the buffet where you can choose among the variety of fresh meat, seafoods, vegetables and spices and have them cook just the way you want.

For the sweet tooth, they have a wide array of desserts and pastries aside from cakes, cookies and frozen treats. You can also find your local favorites like biko, leche flan, and cochinta among others.

Flavors of Cebu is only Php 898.00 net per person. Discounted rate of Php 750.00 net can be enjoyed by in house guests.

You can avail the the Flavors of Cebu during lunch or dinner:

Lunch:       12:00NN – 2:30 PM
Dinner:      6:00PM – 10:30PM
